Orders & payment
Orders are placed as inquiries. We confirm stock, price and shipping with you before sending a secure payment link. No order is binding until confirmed.
Shipping
Orders ship worldwide in discreet packaging with tracking, typically within 7–14 days. Customs rules in your country are your responsibility.
Returns
For hygiene reasons opened intimate products cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged items are replaced when reported within 7 days of delivery.
