Shipping

Times. Most orders ship 3-5 days after payment. Transit is typically 7-14 days to the US, EU and UK; 10-18 days to the rest of the world. You'll get a tracking number the day it leaves.

Packaging. Plain box, no branding, generic invoice. Watches ship in a padded jewelry box; bags in dust bag + carton.

Customs. Duties are rare on rep items but not impossible. If a parcel is held, we reship free of charge one time.

Carriers. DHL, FedEx, EMS depending on origin and destination. Choose expedited on the WhatsApp checkout for 5-8 day door-to-door.

Split shipments. Multi-item orders may ship in two boxes. We combine tracking on the same order number.
