Look at
- Stitching straightness & SPI
- Leather grain & color match
- Hardware finish (no scratches)
- Logo alignment
- Sole cleanliness (shoes)
- Bezel action & dial print (watches)
Reject reasons
- Uneven stitching / glue smudges
- Wrong colorway or shade
- Missing accessories (dust bag, box)
If you reject
Free re-QC on a new batch. Full refund if we cannot source an acceptable one within 14 days.
