Relaxation & Body Massagers: buying guide

Many people use broad, low-intensity vibration to help muscles feel more relaxed. Wands and rounded body massagers spread vibration over a wider area than a small bullet, and low settings feel gentler.

If you are exploring vibration for pelvic floor tension, pain during sex or vaginismus, talk to a doctor or a pelvic floor physiotherapist first. They can tell you whether it suits your situation; these products are not medical devices.

Start on the lowest setting, use plenty of water-based lube for internal use, and stop if anything hurts.
